Unlike Haagen Daz and other national brands that have substantially diluted their quality for profit, Choctal uses high concentrated single source chocolate in their chocolate ice creams, and multiple levels of concentration of vanilla in its vanilla ice creams. It turns out that its CEO, Marc Boatwright, travels to remote parts of the Costa Rican Rain Forest, Papua New Guinea, and other countries to look for the finest quality products. This company is very much into earth awareness, and assisting farms in third world countries. This is an absolute must for all chocolate lovers.
