Hi I am glad to hear you talking about Aloe Vera on the podcast. I have found the Aloe Life Aloe that is carried in Whole Foods which is a Whole Leaf product to be the best Aloe for daily digestive health increasing absorption of nutrients. Whole Leaf contains over 200 more active ingredients than the inner filet. Your podcast was misleading about this information. The yellow sap is necessary for its healing anti inflammatory properties and this is only found in the whole leaf if the product does not filter it out. There is a lot of great info on the company’s website at http://www.aloelife.com.

Wow great series! This Aloe info is terrific! So I´m jumping in here, and have started taking aloe orally with my supplements in the morning. I´m a week in and still not use to the taste, not sure if I ever will be, but I feel great about the benefit. Thanks for great coverage.

It seems that Aloe, once thought of as just topical, is proving to be beneficial in so many more ways such as internal etc. Thanks for covering this topic, I will look into adding aloe to my personal health practice! Val.

Georges’ 100% Aloe Vera Fractionally Distilled Liquid has no additives and isn’t difficult to swallow due to its mild taste. I take about 2oz when I have a stomach ache and it relieves the discomfort. I was hesitant at first but it works.

When I lived in Germany and Netherlands, I would find Aloe yogurt in every grocery store. Why is it impossible to find it here in the US? If you know where to find it, please let me know.
In Greece a doctor friend told me that a cancer patient in the hospital was nearly dying, they gave him aloe vera and he made an unbelievable recovery. He is alive today. You can believe it or not if you want, but I trust what my friend told me.

Loree, I have actually heard the opposite. It is inner gel which has the most beneficial properties. Whole leaf is much less effective.
