It’s “Natural!”
As you’ve probably noticed, many skincare products are now advertised as “natural.” Yet there is no regulated definition for that word on personal care products. Experts agree that most skincare ingredients are absorbed, so check ingredient lists. Natural skincare products are effective, and they can limit your exposure to potentially harmful substances while feeding your skin the nutrients it needs to function properly. What are some of your natural skin care favorites, and why?

Pure shea butter!! it has healing properties as well as some antiseptic benefits. I got mine from a huge African festival in Brooklyn a few weeks ago, scooped right out of the fruit. I first put it on blisters (from all the walking around Brooklyn), and it took all the pain out of them and jumpstarted the healing process. now I use it for everything from a night moisurizer (especially the neck area) and for bug bites. Amazing.

Great podcast! This was my first time listening to one and I found it very informative. I liked the fact that you talked to 3 different people - they all had interesting things to say.
