Hey guys,
I saw the article in the NY Daily News. How cool is that! I’m telling you, Scott Simons is headed for super stardom. Keep up the good work.

laura, thank you for the comment. The salad is delicious, honestly. It begs for experimentation, too.

Penny, glad you liked the article.
We’re touring the East Coast right now. We’ve been shooting with local chefs, small producers and team members and we’re having a blast. We’ve been to New York, New Jersey, Boston, Cambridge, Salem, Philly and Washington, DC so far…and we’re not done yet! Look for some fun episodes to come, because we’re having more fun than ever.

Great that you have been traveling on the East Coast! This chicken salad is a HUGE hit in our family. I have made it three times since I watched the episode! Thanks!

Rob, we’ve done some serious travel on the East Coast. You’ll start seeing that show up soon. We went to Pigeon Cove, our own seafood facility right on the docks in Gloucester, MA, as well as NYC, Philly, Boston, Salem, New Jersey and DC. Whirlwind tour. Had some great food along the way, too!
You’re right on the chicken salad. It looks pretty good but it tastes even better. I’m thinking of trying it with some grilled wild salmon. I think the stronger flavor of the salmon will stand up well to the ingredients.
