I am a very good cook and I believe that she ruined the duck with alla the differente ingredients, I cooked the duck so many time in so many differente ways but I always keep it simple .

I thought it was an excellent preparation especially when you want to experience haute cuisine at home. The video made it very simple to allow anyone to prepare this duck recipe.
