I adore this video cooking class approach! They’re fun to watch! I noted many little tips that don’t show up in the recipes. A great help!
While watching the video I felt this was [and proved to be -see nutritional content] very heavy on the oil and salt [fat and sodium]. I would love a lighter version. I will be thinking of ways to do this.
Also, as we don’t eat Pork I’d like a suggestion of a presentable non-pork sausage that could br subbed?
Loved the use of whole wheat pasta.
