While watching the video I felt this was [and proved to be -see nutritional content] very heavy on the oil and salt [fat and sodium]. I would love a lighter version. I will be thinking of ways to do this.

Also, as we don&#039;t eat Pork I&#039;d like a suggestion of a presentable non-pork sausage that could br subbed?
