Wellness Formula
Tony Lucchesi the National Educator for Source Naturals joins us to talk about Wellness Formula. Twenty-five years ago, Wellness Formula pioneered the industry’s first wellness-immune category. Since then, millions have turned to Wellness at the first sign of immune symptoms.

Wow. That’s really interesting. It’s always amazing how sometimes simple things (like Ecineacha) have such incredible results.

The Wellness formula is a family staple for us and I feel it really does provide exceptional immune support!

I thought it was really interesting to know about how the body naturally tries to rid our body of the bacteria and viruses that cause cold and flu. I also think it is so smart to take Wellness Formula as a preventative especially this cold season. I didn’t know that had a children’s formula! I’ll have to go out and get some!

I learned about the Wellness Formula podcast from Mod Mom. I learned from the podcast that it supports the immune system to protect against infection and it can be taken to help minimize the infection. Hoping not to have colds or flu this year! Thanks.

I have always been a firm believer in the Wellness Formula! I recently had cosemtic surgery, and am healing perfectly and quickly, but now that I’m post-surgery (6days) can I take the Wellness Formula? Im going to ask my surgeon, but I wanted to see if you guys had any advice as well.
Thank you!

Thanks for all your comments! Regarding Wellness Formula after cosmetic surgery, you are right to ask a health professional before taking supplements. The answer will depend upon several factors, making it hard for us to make any recommendations. For example, how long it’s been since surgery, what other medications and supplements you are taking may be important. Wellness Formula does contain high doses of immune-supportive herbs, vitamins, and minerals. For specifics on surgery, in addition to talking to you doctor, please get in touch with a medical expert at Source Naturals (the company who makes Wellness Formula) (www.sourcenaturals.com.)

I found this podcast through Mod*Mom, and I am so glad I did! I never heard of the Wellness Formula before; perhaps that is because I am new to Whole Foods. However, it is a product I definitely intend to try! Thank you!

I read about this on mod*mom and I am always looking for ways to keep our family of six healthy.

I never really knew that about symptoms. You know, that there a way for our body to heal itself. I always thought of them as an adverse effect from the virus, but in all reality it’s just our body trying to help!
Thanks to Mod*Mom for referring me to this podcast!

So happy was referred here by ModMom blogspot. I have long been a wholefood customer and have used their website periodically, but it was the prodding of Modmom about the podcasts that encouraged me to go back to the wholesfoods site. Thanks for the explanation of the ingredients of the Wellness formula. in Studying about Echinacea ove the past few years i have read that it needs to be stopped about every 3 weeks for a week to give your immune system a rest. At that time i have read that it is good to add Astralgus and then switch back to echinacea later. I love the fact you have liquid formula for the kids and will give that one a try.(for the big kid with digestive problems!) Thanks for another great podcast.

I could definitely use a boost to my immune system this winter! Especially with 2 little ones bringing lots of germs home. Thank you for the information!

I was wondering can you put the Wellness Liquid Formula in water, or juice? I’ve just taken it alone, but if it could be put into water or juice, it would sure taste better!
I used to take the tablets, but recently they are too large to swallow, and the capsules are too many at one time.
Thank you for anwering!

Kathy, great question. Yes! You can put Wellness Liquid Formula into water or juice and still get the same benefits. Thanks for sharing your idea!
