I think that this is a fantastic venture. Obviously this gentleman and his team have taken some time and really thought this process out.
The unique flavors and the dedication to complete, whole, natural ingredients is a good thing. However, if this company wants to stay true to their missions statement (inferred from the video as being making health cookies and staying true to the environment), then the possibility offering thier cookies and a proper portion size would be the next logical step.
The evidence of obdesity in this country is ever increasing and people believe that the proper portion size is what comes in the bag from the manufacturer.
If this company could make more healthy cookies, then they can also offer them in the proper portion size.
