I'm curious to know if Whole Foods and Scott would be interested in taking the Secret Ingredient to Broadcast TV across the country?

Hi Sally,
You certainly could use a combination of OJ, chipotles and a little honey. (WFM has a great Fair Trade OJ in the refrigerated section that I just tasted last week. Yum!) I like the rich, sweet smoky palette of prepared barbecue sauce and simply jazzing it up with some adobo sauce. It seems that most people would have some BBQ sauce on hand. Also, the inspiration for this recipe was a pizza with a chipotle BBQ pizza sauce. Let me know how your adobo/OJ combo works!

I would love to know an alternative to using the bottle of citrus BBQ sauce. Couldn't you simply use OJ and chipotles in adobo, for example? Since you're already using ingredients such as honey and chipotles, I don't see why you need to use a prepared BBQ sauce...
