Hey Michael!

Thanks for your question about Nashville...I was actually down there and did a little helping just before they opened. I love that store!

Actually, that was a unique situation where we were able to utilize the space across the street from the store. The Regional/Store leadership made the decision to try a stand alone Whole Body store, which we have done in a couple of other cities successfully. There is not a bigger mission or vision around more stand alone Whole Body stores right now, but more may pop up in the future.

We appreciate you shopping Whole Body & Whole Foods Market and have a great summer!

Recently, a new Whole Foods store opened in my area (Nashville, TN). Right next to it is a separate Whole Body store. My experience has been that body care products were always integrated in with the food store. Is having separate facilities the new marketing protocol for these products, or is it just a matter of demand within a certain geographical area. Thanks.

I love your body care return policy. However, I didn't realize its' environmental impact. When I returned a pump of hand soap I used just once, I was told it was going to get thrown out! Can you encourage customers to try products in the restroom (like face washes and hand soaps)? Or have a sink and mirror by the body care section? The restroom at my Whole Foods and the body care section are complete opposite ends of the store. Thus, when I tried out a cleanser I found myself making a long hikes between the body care section and the restroom sink.

Hey PP,

Greenwashing is happening everywhere these days, so good job keeping out a keen eye on who is the 'real deal' out there. love your idea of smaller 'Whole Body Stands'. We will keep it in mind. Keep fighting the fight and seeking the truth about natural personal care!

There is an ECOFAKE body care war going on at my mall located in Oak Brook, IL. There is Aveda, LUSH, Body Shop, Origins, the list goes on. But WHERE'S WHOLE FOODS? Why not open up a stall in the mall featuring your premium body care line? For some reason, people have this mentality that when they want body care products, they go to the mall and not a grocery store. I understand opening a store would be costly, thus why not a STALL? And even better, a solar powered stall since this mall is outdoors. But that might be pushing it...SAVE US FROM THE ECOFAKES. GIVE US THE REAL DEAL.
