@tony Check out our info on raw food diets here: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/hungrymind/rawfoods.html. Also, if you do a search on our website for 'raw', we definitely have a handful of recipes that you might find helpful, including http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/sidedish/rawpasta.html.

I would love to know more about raw food life style. Do you have recipes and utube on this subject? My wife and I shop more and more at your store and try to get away from cooked food completly but need more support.
Thanks Tony

@Hannah If the bread is stale by the end of the week, you can always toast or steam it. Alternatively, your bread will keep for quite a while if you refrigerate or freeze it - but again, you'd have to reheat it. Perhaps you can plan your bread meals at the beginning of the week and focus on less perishable grains for the end of the week.

These tips are good -- I really like the one about making a lunch and dinner menu for the week. I try to do that in my head before going grocery shopping, but it's a good idea to do it more formally. However, in that first tip, I'm not sure that bread and cheese meal would work at the end of the week --wouldn't the bread be stale by then, if you've only gone shopping once?

but, i love the quality i find at whole foods, saves me time + gas of shopping around at any other stores (other stores are disappointing compared to whole foods + the whole foods staff.
