These frozen treats sound amazing. I love making my own granitas and sorbets at home with frozen fruit. It is a lot healthier than ice cream and the 365 frozen fruits cost less. For a quick treat, I freeze grapes or blend up frozen strawberries and freeze them in ice cube trays.

Preventive Action while cooking Spicy foods.

Every food/meal you eat, will have its own Pros & Cons. Indian cooking have following preventive actions while cooking spicy curry / rice.

1. Turmeric powder in yellow color should be added 1/4 tsp - this would heal the heat burns inside the stomach/intestine caused due to spicy pepper. Turmeric powder is also a medicine with anti-septic feature & supress caugh when taken with milk.

2. Using Garlic when you cook the veggies that are grown below the earth (Potatos etc). Veggies like Potato create gastric effect and when fried with Garlic, the gastric effect is suppressed to great extent.
