This recipe is a great introduction to the fabulous smoked peppercorns though I just happened to notice, you should really try to invest in some glass bowls, like Pyrex custard cups, to portion your ingredients, the plastic isn’t so green friendly for WFM. Great job though!

@Kai Thank you for your comments and astute observation! While we ended up using plastic tubs during our Chicago shoot, we prefer to use glass bowls for both aesthetic and environmental reasons. Look for glass and metal bowls in future shoot locations.
