		<description>I love okra!!! Never knew it was in the hibiscus family so thanks for that piece of trivia. I&#039;m sure the smoked tomatoes in this recipe were a happy accident. Anything smoked is a great compliment to okra. In fact, I just picked up from WFM that jarred product called &quot;Smokra&quot; and it was scrumptuous! By the way, okra is delicious raw, sliced and in salads, and it&#039;s not a bit slimy that way!</description>
