As an uncompromising pasta lover, I had the pressure of tasting Elisa’s pasta’s and raviolis, I have not eaten any better pasta, not even when I spent 5 weeks in Italy. My only regret it Via Pasta is located in Atlanta GA, and I live in Barnegat NJ. I’m hoping that Elisa will open a store in NJ.

I love, love, love Via Elisa Fresh Pasta. And, I love, love, love Elisa Gambino!! The porcini ravioli are my ultimate go-to comfort food. I always keep a box in the freezer for emergencies! Bravo to WFM for supporting and promoting a small producer who really cares about food and quality.

The closest you can come to enjoying a meal in Italy is having Elisa's pasta. It is totally authentic in every respect, including the woman behind it all. Elisa is an extraordinary woman who pursued her passion, and luckily for us her passion was pasta!

I love Via Elisa raviolli,i live in Nashville and would order her pasta a few times a year .I was so glad Whole Foods started to carry it in Tennessee,i now save alot of shipping costs and buy 3 or 4 packets at a time ( i make a special trip to Whole Foods just for pasta). And now we eat it at least once a week using alot of her recipes and pasta sauces. The brown butter with sage recipe is our favorite, with lemon raviolli.I hope Whole Foods continues to carry her pasta and that she has great sucess.

Via Elisa's pasta is just awesome. As someone who was spoiled by fresh pasta and "gravy" for most of my life in Philadelphia prior to moving to Atlanta, I was thrilled when Elisa opened her store. She uses the finest, freshest ingredients which is reflected in the flavor of her pasta and sauces. I take it with me when visit friends and family (it's actually far better than what spoiled me growing up!). I love her shop and am so happy to have the convenience of Whole Foods now as well. Elisa is gracious with recommending recipes and encouraging me to try new menus. And I'm pleased with Whole Foods commitment to supporting small local businesses. Just another reason to shop at Whole Foods...

We're proud to say we knew Elisa when we worked with her overseas for CNN. She was the hit of rather bleak days on the road covering some of the biggest international stories -- where she'd cook up her pasta creations for us on portable cookery -- in the worst conditions (war zones, etc.) that you can imagine. We were proud to know her then and are especially proud that the world is finding out about her talent and passion for pasta now. Go Elisa!

I have been buying pasta from Via Elisa since she first opened. I was living in Chicago and would take it back on the plane. I now live in Atlanta, and while I didn't move here to be closer to Via Elisa, it is a nice plus to the move. I am so happy to see how well they are doing and to watch this video.
