I just saw Michael Franti & Spearhead perform at the WIltern in Los Angeles. They were stellar as usually. But I was really intrigued by their supporting band called Rey Fresco. They have a Ben Harper-like sound that is uniquely led by a 36 string harp. I just visited their myspace and heard some amazing songs off their upcoming album..

Michael Franti is amazing.

If you like him, listen to the rest of the Anti- artists on their sampler. It's great.

Franti rocks. Positivity in motion. Conscious and artistic without being preachy. Sounds good!
