Buzzn Bee, a local Florida honey producer, was the first recipient of a loan through Whole Foods Market’s Local Producer Loan Program. Beekeeper David Rukin has been selling to us for years, and he considers his relationship with Whole Foods Market to be a true partnership.
David spoke with us about his experience with beekeeping and his future plans with Whole Foods Market.

This is excellent! Very Inspiring and definitely getting some honey. Whole Foods is starting to make more and more sense every time I am hearing similar stories of small and local producers selling great products and supporting the way I would like to see the world change for the better.

I am very encouraged to know that there are Big companies out there who are reaching out to the Little non-companies in a pay-it-forward kind of way. I am just starting to learn about becoming a Beekeeper…so it was interesting to hear what David had to say.

David Rukin thank you so much for alll you have done in terms of beekeeping you are enhanching the market for longevity foods that are found in the bible for which if one consumes them they will have a longer life than if they didn’t cosume them. It’s great to hear from a down to earth person who is making bee pollen and honey more readily available. I wish you the best and much longevity.

I purchased honey on line from Buzzn Bee Farm maybe a year ago. I can’t find a way to do it now. Do you no longer sell you honey on line? Is it only available in stores?

@Sylvia I don’t believe that Buzzn Bee is performing online orders any longer. If you want to make sure your community Whole Foods Market offers this product, use the link below to help identify the contact information for your store. A Team Member at your store will be more than happy to discuss the availability of this honey in your store. Buzz on!
