I made the classic soup this past weekend and put some cooked wild rice in it-it was fantastic!

mmm…wild rice in it sounds like a gret idea. I have been thinking since we shot this episode of making the classic soup as holiday gifts and puttig them in glass jars with a cool holiday label. Has anyone else done something like this?

I,ve not tried this particular classic recipe but I have a very similar classic recipe. The toppings were ground biscotti and a dollop of creme’ fraiche served in coffee cups for a dinner party. Yum so good. I am however looking forward to these variations.

My boyfriend & I bought some Butternut Squash & Crab Bisque yesterday at the WF in Ann Arbor and we almost killed ourselves eating it all! But I’m pretty sure I detected a subtle spice like
nutmet or allspice that isn’t showing up on any of the published recipes. Am I right?
