We love your hummus lunches at Albemarle High. We look forward to them each week: original hummus on Tuesdays and sweet red pepper on Thursdays. Yummmm I hope the school includes your black bean salsa sometime.

We are very sorry you didn't enjoy the salsa, and we too have a 100% satisfaction guarantee meaning that if someone doesn't like the product they can return it to Whole Foods for a refund, and then we in turn refund the money to Whole Foods. Please note that our mild salsa is mild to our taste and compared with our medium and our nuclear it is indeed mild. Over the years of doing in store demos and speaking with thousands of customers we have concluded that no two people really taste "hot" in the same way. Compared with other salsa ours will definitely taste spicier as we use habanero pepper as stated on the label versus the much milder jalapeno or chili pepper that other salsas use. We acutally make everything ourselves on our farm in small batches using fresh product and fresh product does not always have the same taste/heat each and every time so there can and will be variations in the different batches. Please be aware though, that although the salsa may taste too hot to you, the pepper cannot actually burn your mouth! Again, sorry it was not to your taste, but if we could figure out how to make a product that would please absolutely everyone's taste buds I can promise you we would produce it!

@Donna Yikes, hope you didn't burn your mouth. There's such a wide range for spice tolerance. We're sorry you had a negative experience. Whole Foods Market has a 100% guarantee. You can take any product back, within reason, for a refund. Just explain your experience to the customer service Team Member. Thanks for reaching out!

I purchased your mild salsa. It was the hottest "mild" salsa I ever tasted. I'm assuming it was mislabeled or is your mild salsa that spicy?

Just purchased some nuclear salsa (P St., NW DC) and yes -- this is by far the only salsa I have ever had that comes close to hot in this region of the country. Fresh, floral habaneros with a mix of other vegetables -- how pleased was I to see entire disks of carrot in the mix as well? Bravo.

Just tasted the Black Bean Salsa and think it's the best I've ever had! So delicious! Please continue to sell it at Whole Foods in Reston, Va. (My daughter is at UVA, we may visit your farm someday)!

I just bought some of your Roasted garlic Hummas. Haven't tried it yet. I would like to know the nutritional breakdown of it. Calories, protein, carbs....serving size. Is that possible?

Thank you...will be trying it any minute.

I just picked up some of your "Nuclear" salsa at the Whole Foods on P Street in Washington and cannot stop singing its praises. Thank you for making a hot salsa that is actually HOT, an especial rarity in this region (and time zone!). How long will it be in season? And does it freeze well?

Hello! Greetings from South Jersey! Just wanted to thank you for your many samples of hummus, salsa, and dips. I, along with the rest of the staff, have been enjoying the different treats you have given us. My personal favorite, so far, has been the sweet pepper hummus and the tzatziti. Actually, as I type this, I am munching on some chips with the tomato basil hummus. Once again, thank you for you generousity! Caitlin, The Rodeway Inn
