I love the idea of tea classes at local Whole Foods stores. Tastings would also be a great idea. A lot of people still think of store-bought tea as the low quality bagged stuff. If they tried a Mighty Leaf or other loose leaf tea they might be hooked.

Hi Holly and Colleen. Your ideas are great and if you want to see tea classes in your local store - you can contact them directly with that suggestion: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/index.php. For now, we have a solid basic guide to tea on our website: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/products/guide-tea.php. I'll pass along the suggestion for videos to our production team. Thanks to you both for your comments!

I think a lot of people feel intimidated by tea. Classes and/or videos would be a great way to introduce someone to the different types out there. After all, gourmet teas are as varied as wine, and there is so much that can be learned about them.

Forgive me if you already do this, but it would be terrific if Whole Foods gave brief classes, or even online videos, of the proper way to brew and serve tea. Am I the only one intimidated by tea? I love tea, I love buying it, but I'm pretty sure the way I brew my little tea bags would make any Brit gasp in horror.
