Not even my bathroom counter.I may not be able to create world peace, but I have the power and responsibility of purchasing wisely.I hope that through this I can guarantee higher,fair wages for a group of women somewhere in the world.It may be a very small group but it will inspire others to continue their mission.That's why I don't want (on my counter) another bottle on barely-recyclable plastic that has some weird syntethics inside and a brand name label on the outside.I do share the belief of the Iroquis:" in every deliberation we must consider the impact on the seventh generation after us" and I try to live it day-by-day. Before long, you may want to have not just one, but an entire "art-with-a-heart" collection! These are fabulous baskets!
