I love Whole Foods Market. I love the store and pretty much everything it stands for. In our current state of affairs in the country, I would rather feed the children of America when I donate my money, though. We need to take care of our own house...then we can help the neighborhood.

I was fortunate enough to be a part of this endeavor. As the marketing director for the Southern Pacific Region of Whole Foods Market, I’m located in Los Angeles and was able to help get the bags for the Ellen show, as well as, watch the taping of the show. It was amazing to see and hear the response of the crowd and to feel their excitement at being part of this giveaway. For me, the knowledge that we, with the help of the great folks at the Ellen show, were able to expose so many people to all of these amazing companies that we work with that "give back" was so inspiring.

These times are challenging for people all over the country and the world. To partner with a passionate celebrity who cares and enables her studio and tv audience to care and to be a part of something bigger is something to believe in and bring us together. Kudos to Ellen and team for helping us spread to word.
