I agree that health and happiness are the 2 main keys for sex drive for me. I really notice the value of the vitamins I take and the energy and lift they provide me throughout the day. It is true that all to often we let the stress of life cloud the simple beauty of life itself.

yummy mushrooms, I LOVE IT!!!!!
February 10th, 2009 at 2:08 pm
Love mushrooms, who knew! This is really a great topic, and packed with ideas. Indeed touch is vital, as is great communication. Indeed life is stressful now, but what better way to relax then through quality time with your partner.

I must say this podcast provided me with many more concrete ideas for increasing Libido. I agree aromatherapy is a wonderful addition to any romantic experience.

Thanks for giving us this podcast! Your guest is a wonderful spring of knowledge. I like how you put this out prior to Valentines Day, I’m heading into my local store to pick up some of these goodies

I didn’t realize B3 had this effect. I am really glad you brought this topic to us. I have always wanted to work on my libido, but there is now way I will take pharmacuticals.

“Hot Herbs” and mushrooms, I love this. I am hoping your stores carry these products, if so, you better stock the shelves, I’m on my way

It is really great to see Whole Foods jumping into the social media world, even better to see you covering topics like this which are so important to us, yet not often covered. Kudos!

I have listened to several of your podcasts, it seems this might be Maila Curran’s best subject. I truly appreciate how much great info you packed into 4 minutes. Great topic=great podcast.

Great News! Thanks for this podcast. My partner and I have a great relationship yet her drive has dropped with the stress of a new job. We have been discussing what options we might have and had no idea that natural herbs and vitamins can be a help. Again, Great News!

Aromatherapy can actually be delivered through candles as well as essential oils. Candles of course also help to set a great moon. Keep up the great topics!
February 10th, 2009 at 6:59 pm
This is a great follow up to the first podcast (I actually found the one much more useful). It is a relief to know there are natural solutions to a very natural problem.
February 11th, 2009 at 6:53 am
Terrific input and insights from my favorite store. You have championed the natural food and lifestyle movement, green products, and now rounding it out by providing us healthy, natural solutions to the MOST natural function of our bodies, BRAVO! Keep em’ Coming.

I like the idea of “Hot Herbs” and suppose the actually would help with circulation and possible libido, but it is not really my style to be so…. herbal
February 11th, 2009 at 6:56 am
This podcast is exceptional. The first Libido 1 was interesting but I felt lost with the unfamiliar names of the herbs. This is full of great action steps that I am familiar with, and in the end I agree simple touch, setting the mood, aromatherapy are all down to earth ways to stir it up.

There is so much great information in this podcast, short of getting out a piece of paper and writing all of this down, is there a digital summary available? I appreciate it, I just don’t want to forget the vital knowledge presented here.
February 11th, 2009 at 6:58 am
Just returned from your store with a bag full of goodies, and of course my weekly shopping. I’m excited to try these out, and glad to know that when I do I will be enhancing my overall health!

Perfect suggestions for Valentines Day Gifts, but don’t forget the Chocolate!
February 11th, 2009 at 7:18 am
I can’t tell (well I guess I am) how please I was to find this podcast. I am in a very loving 8 year relationship. We are happy in love and communicate well and often. We have recently been discussing options to help aid both of our Libidos. There is no way I’ll take an extreme pill when there are subtle natural enhancers available. Thank you for providing us some options.
February 11th, 2009 at 7:19 am
I have always been a big believer in the power of B vitamins. Many people in sports actually get B shots to help replace the vitamin which can be deleted through extreme workouts. I didn’t realize B3 helped with delivery.

Amen, a solution for women, what a novel concept! I like the advice that overall health and well being are major factors in livening up libido.

Vitamins, Healthy food, exercise, and a close supportive relation are my keys to success. I have been unhealthy in the past, both in my relationships and persoanl care, and it always ended with low self esteem and desire. Glad to say the lsat 2 years have been great. I listened to your supplements podcast, and for me the liquid vitamins I take have had the greatest affect on keeping my mind and body balanced.

It is amazing to me how much my vitamins help keep my energy up. I ran out monday, and have not taken the time to pick up more, and today I could not understand why I have been dragging so much the last couple of days. I’ll be picking up some hot herbs as well!
February 12th, 2009 at 2:23 pm
