It is good to see that despite the economy, new stores are still being started. I live in the Easton, Pa area also known as the Lehigh Valley. The closest Whole Foods are all at least an hour or more away. You need to get a store in this growing area where there are a lot of green farmers. There are not even many health food stores here.
