I had the great pleasure of meeting Laura Button and her beautiful daughters this Sunday afternoon, 05/03/09, at the Buckhead – Whole Foods Store near downtown Atlanta and I came away very impressed with all the thoughtful food samples that exemplify Journey to Bliss. I am an educator and ACSM personal trainer with a wellness program that highly recommends all their products.
Best of all good things,
John

I also met Laura at WF-Buckhead. I loved and purchased the raw kale salad and the brazil nut cheese. Both are absolutely delicious. I was wondering if you could post your recipe for the kale salad. It is something that I would like to eat frequently, but can’t purchase regularly on a student budget. Thanks for your help and delicious food!

I had the pleasure of attending Laura Button’s workshop at the Whole Foods store in Memphis last week. Last night, I bought the pistachio cheddar cheese and it is AWESOME!!!!!!!! I can’t wait to try the other nut cheeses!!!

Working in my vegetable garden, and seeing how many weeds grow, it’s obvious how much vegetables are sprayed w/herbicides–because “the big guys” are not out in the fields weeding!
