		<description>I am so excited that Whole Foods now has my washable produce bags in all of the Northern California markets.  I started out in front of my sewing machine using recycled fabric from a bought out wedding store.  This will complete the step in getting rid of plastic bags.  I need to mention that even the package is a re-usable bag with a drawstring too.  We needed to think about packaging too.  Go Whole Foods!!  We can do this.

we&#039;ve reduced our garbage output to 1 can vs. 2 for 7 people per week...!!!!</description>

As for me, I&#039;m composting as much as I can, even taking fruit/vegetable cores and peels home from work where I feed it to the rabbit (all the better to get a jump start on the composting &quot;process&quot;). Not quite hard core enough to ditch the wastebasket yet, but I will consider it...</description>
