video posts are completely worthless to me, as I have neither the time nor inclination to watch them at any point in my busy day. written transcripts or comprehensive summaries would help immensely.

Sorry but do NOT use Sloggers insect shield clothing. It uses the man-made chemical Permethrin which is is on the EPA’s list of possible human carcinogens. Go with an herbal insect repellent. Chemicals like that are too unpredictable to be safe.
