This is the first time I've been on this site; it's great! I have a suggestion, a challenge to kick it up a notch. The idea comes from using my iPhone; I do love technology.

Wouldn't it be cool to hold your phone up to the bar code for an interesting product that you've never tried before and have it show you comments from people who tried it? And there's a tab to select if you want more about the nutritional content? Maybe another tab to show the price per unit for the small container vs. the large one. The country of origin; organic info...keep thinking of other interesting info.

This web site would be a natural place for people to enter their comments.

Today I read about the coconut milk. Based on the comments, I will definitely try it this weekend. But the only reason I know about it is that I saw it on this site. How cool if when I was shopping I could ask my phone to show me new products that are highly recommended by other shoppers or the buyer or the department manager or the guy who stocks the shelves.

I would like to see WF address "bait & switch pricing" in its TimeWarner center store. 3 times this week, I have selected an item based on alleged "special price", only to have it ring up at a higher price. Excuse: Oh, we ran out of that. (So, take the sign down if you put out a different product!) Today, I insisted they honor the prices that were clearly on the display case of 2 different products, (adding 20 minutes to checkout since they went with me to see the displays), but last week, I did not realize until I got home that I had been charged 18.99 for lamb loins that were allegedly on sale for 13.99. You have to watch every ring!

A really nice Father's Day Special at Whole Foods would a wine, cheese and fruit package, at a reasonable price. This would work for the family getaway (fruit for the kids) and would help the overall experience. We love shopping Whole Foods!
