		<description>Great job.  Add these essential oils to improve things; soy peanut, safflower, cottonseed, olive ( extra virgin).  Bingo. you&#039;ll almost there.  There&#039;s massage, general exercise, tub baths, positive thinking, and being an all around good human being.  Don&#039;t forget adequate calcium (1200mg/daily) from a variety of food sources and (or supplements as needed)  Thanks for the opportunity..... to share...</description>
