I am really experiencing some serious stress right now, and practicing the breathing technique talked about in this recording really  helped me to calm down from a state of near panic. 		<description>I think I just might have to try the rice bag on my stomach to see if that helps raise my awareness of how I breathe-very interesting concept-I do find myself pretty stressed sometimes and wonder if this sort of thing could help.</description>

have studied the benefits of deep breathing from the 
diaphragm. It also helps a singing voice!  I especially want to try his suggestion on walking meditation. Getting a rhythm going with your walking and then coordinate your breathing with it!
