I roasted all the left over TDay crudites with some garlic and potaotes (sweet and reg)on Sunday and pureed it all. Tonight it gets crumbled gorgonzola on it. Thanks for helping me get my soup on!

I'm always interested in recipes that can be part of a coordinated menu and this could be a great choice for a first course. I'm blogging about holiday dinners and dinner parties this month; this could be a good addition!
