Now that is a spin on “coloring” and stringing a garland i had not thought of before now. Great idea.

I did this with my son this weekend! He quickly proclaimed it his “new hobby”!
My husband suggested another twist that worked well. We placed the paper on the hot plate and colored directly on the paper with the crayons. The colors were more saturated and allowed for more details. We alternated larger direct color designs with the abstract variety stars on our garland and it was adorable! Thanks for the great tip.
