we run an healthy lifestyles program with food a big part. Healthy fresh school meals and a good breakfast is needed in Estonia, but the education dept constantly say its not cost effective. Trying to convince them to feed their future with good fresh local products is a nightmare.

I have just started a very strict anti-candida, anti-inflammatory diet that has also removed fruits and veggies with grass proteins in them.... so I have no idea what to even eat any more.... :-(

I plan on having a Green Goddess smoothie for breakfast (spinach, yum!)...and then I don't know what else. I'll probably make some guacamole for my boyfriend, although I don't care too much for it.
