I am a prediabetic and am watching my carbs. No hamburger buns/bread or pasta. Hamburgers are also too greasy.

Whole Foods sirloin beef is the best.
we love the hamburgers cooked on the grill.

I love for my wife to fix spinach turkey burgers. They are delicious. I wouldn’t eat them any other way. Of course she purchases her ground turkey from Whole Foods -:)

I made burgers for Father’s Day..
Papa’s Burgers
2# lean grd. beef
1 jalepeno minced
1/2 onion minced
2 Tbs. Worchestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
Mix ingrediants and grill…
