@Lois Great idea about a print option. We're looking into that. In the meantime, you can print specific recipes directly from our recipe database. Just click on a recipe link and it will open that recipe's page, which has a printer friendly option. Thanks!

Is it possible for you to give us the option to print an article, or a specific recipe? This could be a popular addition to your site.

I use a recipe from Mexico. Limeade with 1 pureed cucumber and cucumber slices to garnish. I grow my own limes, so this is practically free. Also Horchata from scratch, needs a little prep in advance, but so worth it. Cool and refreshing.

Slices of cucumber and lemon wedges together in water make for a refreshing treat. Mint compliments these nicely, too.

I have a delicious recipe for real honest to goodness made from citrus fruit lemonade. It calls for lemons, limes AND oranges. So good! But I agree with this post, for real hydration, nothing comes close to water. Water, water, water - does a body good!!
