Congratulations to JJ and Adrienne for winning their respective cat and dog each a fantastic care package! And thanks to all of you who submitted a response; you gave us lots of ideas for our own pampered pooches and crafty kitties.
Does your dog or cat have a favorite treat? We want to know what it is! Carrots, apples, liverwurst…whatever it is, we want to hear about it. We’re giving away two care packages of healthy treats — one to a randomly selected dog owner and the other to a randomly selected cat owner — just enter your pet’s favorite healthy treat as a comment below by July 21st! What’s that…your pet’s favorites aren’t healthy? Well, we won’t disqualify you. Your pet may need the care package more than others! Tell us what treats they eat now, healthy or not.
A little over a year ago, I got a puppy. The week before I picked him up, I researched training treats like crazy. I wanted to make sure he started his life off healthy (and obediently) with treats that were free of byproducts and artificial stuff. Once I got him home, I discovered that not only did he LOVE the treats I’d settled on, but he also LOVED frozen broccoli florets. Nothing beats a refreshing frozen broccoli floret on a hot summer day!
What’s your pet’s favorite healthy treat? Enter your comment below by July 21 and you just might win a care package for your pet.
Note: The winning pet care packages will be created with an array of these products.

The puppy likes to make KC do the “breakdown” work and then barks at her until she gives it to him. Back and forth they go until it’s gone!

Our dogs (two English Mastiff’s & one foster mastiff) looooooooove cheese! They salivate at the sight or smell of it. Since they are so large, we have to give it to them quickly so there isn’t a river beneath them. While they love other treats purchased or prepared for them, Cheese seems to be the one thing they are completely addicted to. When we prepare food in the kitchen they watch or listen for the sound of the package and trust me – they know what it sounds or smells like. They slip & slide all over the laminent floors when they hear the cheese, scrambling to be the first in line. They sit staring at you – watching every move you make until – yes, Mom or Dad finally pass out their pieces – ahhhhhh euphoria appears on their faces & they are in heaven!

You are overcooking the noodles. If you put them in last and still happens, then put them in much later than usual. Or cook the noodles in a seperate pot, then just transfer the noodles to the chicken soup, when the soup is done cooking.

Our dachshund’s favorite low-cal treat is the long center stalk of a romaine lettuce leaf. She does not like the green leafy part, but only the stalk. Fortunately, my husband likes the green leafy part but not the stalk. So it’s a match! The dachshund at first carries around the stalk like a bone, but then eventually sits down and eats it. She absolutely loves this, comes running at the first scent/sound of romaine being prepared (which she can apparently smell/hear from quite a distance).

One thing I’d really like to touch upon is that weightloss routine fast can be achieved by the perfect diet and exercise. Ones size not simply affects appearance, but also the general quality of life. Self-esteem, http://www.pauliemilum.comdespression symptoms, health risks, and also physical ability are influenced in fat gain. It is possible to make everything right and at the same time having a gain. Should this happen, a problem may be the culprit. While excessive food but not enough exercising are usually to blame, common health concerns and widely used prescriptions might greatly increase size. Kudos for your post here.
