I don’t even bother with adding extra ingredients to bananas. They’re great cut into chunks and frozen!

If you are a raw foodist, or just want to try this:
Peel enough bananas(when they’re JUST right—no spots, but not green) for 3 cups(just eyeball ‘em), cut into chunks wrap & freeze overnight.
Right after dinner, while folks are content but still a little full, remove banana chunks from the freezer and process ’til smooth – it is divine! Serve with other fruit on top or with raw homemade vegan chocolate sauce.

I’ll one up you on simplicity! Peel bananas, cut in half, stick a popsicle stick in them, and freeze. So delicious and perfect for kids! My 3 year old loves these. I got this idea from Tosca Reno’s Eat Clean Diet Recharged…except her recipe has you dipping the frozen banana popsicles into a mixture of coconut oil, melted dark chocolate, chopped walnuts, and chopped candied ginger…also delicious, but more effort and more indulgence.

I make this with unsweetened almond milk and natural chunky peanut butter. Delish!

looks really yummy! I agree that it’s best to snack on whole foods like nuts and seeds or veggies and fruits. It helps us to achieve a better and healthier lifestyle as well.
