what’s the best way to freeze a whole, fresh chicken? I’m used to buying them frozen and transferring to my own freezer. thanks!

So excited to see the Organic Whole Chicken sale. Got there at 5 pm after work–all gone–very diappointed, and–no rainchecks.
Is another sale planned?
Best,

@Sarah: It really depends on how you plan on using the chicken once it’s defrosted. Personally, I would separate the parts prior to freezing but you can certainly freeze it whole if you like.

Disappointed organic chickens ran out and not rainchecks were given. Is there another sale planned?
