
We did it! On Saturday, April 16th, we successfully simultaneously cracked open more than 305 wheels of Parmigiano-Reggiano. That’s one wheel for each of our stores….and then some! And to top if off, we unofficially beat the Guinness World Record (which we officially hold from 2008) for most number of wheels of Parmigiano-Reggiano cracked open at the same time.
