These simple changes can make a big difference over time.

And one of the best ways to start is by taking our Health Starts Here® 28-Day Challenge! At Whole Foods Market®, we believe that focusing on our four pillars of healthy eating offers the greatest health benefits, no matter what dietary path you follow.

Thank you! I really liked the 28 day challenge. A lot were foods that I would eat anyway but it added variety and made me look at different ways to stretch stables and get in more whole foods and vegetables. I especially like the way to saute aromatics (onions, celery, garlic) without oils and the 'mighty bowls of goodness' were just fun. I never would have thought of using dates or apricots to get sweetness without added processed sugars. My daughter thought it would be a lot of work but I enjoyed it, we got to cook together, talk, brain storm on making the recipes fit individual tastes and best of all eat BETTER.

Thank you for promoting this. I can't wait to try it. I lost 15 pounds just by cutting out dairy, eggs and most oils and try to eat mostly vegan. It is a process, but I love it and it's getting easier.
