Our organic capellini {cah-peh-lee-nee} is made in Italy at an authentic Pastificio dedicated to making only the highest quality pastas. Made with organically grown durum wheat, our pasta is slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor. Like an angel's hair, it's light, delicate, and best paired with an oil-based sauce. Any added chicken, fish or vegetables should be cut into finer pieces to complement the pasta.
