Our organic orzo {or-zoh} is made in Italy at an authentic Pastificio dedicated to making only the highest quality pastas. Made with organically grown durum wheat, our pasta is bronze cut the old-fashioned way and slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor. Though it looks like rice, this tiny pasta means ??barley? in Italian. It's delicious with a light sauce, in soup or as a side with chicken or fish.
