Vegan Cocoa Glaze

Glazes one 8 or 9 inch layer cake

This sweet vegan dessert topping is great for drizzling over any bundt cake, cookie or even granola bar. For a non-vegan version, use regular milk instead of soy or almond milk.

    Ingredients: 
    • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 4 tablespoons soy milk or almond milk

    Method: 

    Sift cocoa powder with powdered sugar. Add vanilla extract and soy milk or water gradually until glaze reaches spreading consistency.
